Grand Piano starts off as the same cuve as our Piano, an old-vines Pinot Blanc. A second fermentation and more time on the lees in our Italian Charmat tanks yield refreshing notes of citrus and pear carried by fine, creamy natural bubbles and a biscuity, nutty finish.
