This elegant Pinot Noir is our signature wine. Savoury notes arise from the bouquet with perfumed raspberry and black cherry. Rich ruby in colour, it delivers earthy, beetroot notes, followed by baking spice and fine tannins rounded out by a medium long finish.

This notoriously difficult grape is well suited to our vineyards’ calcareous soils and dramatic night/day temperature shifts of up to 30º C. Sensitive in the vineyard and temperamental in the cellar, our Pinot Noir creates beautiful wines when handled minimally and gently.
